Believable possible: InnoWoman believes in your believable possible (a concept developed by Jack Cheng). BP=A better version of you who has experienced and learned from all of your past mistakes. Your believable possible is just out of your reach. It may terrify you to think of your believable possible and the work that it might take to get you there. At first our believable possible can scare the crap out of us! Remind yourself of your believable possible as much as possible.

Grit-The combination of very high persistence and passion for an objective. InnoWoman believes that Bostonians have a legacy of grit. We need to develop and enhance our grittiness through persistence, passion, and resilience.

Inno: The Inno in InnoWoman is a quality that Bostonians already possess. Inno is our mojo if you will. The definition is 2 fold. 1) To have Inno is to have integrity, be no-nonsense, be an optimist, and an opportunist. 2) Once you embody inno, you are then ready to be an innovator. Your ideas create new knowledge or systems to improve current practices and programs. But innovators do not stop at idea development-they learn to sell their ideas. Therefore, inno is a way of being and a channel to get you to sell your ideas to improve your life and the lives of others.

Reverence: To show reverence for something is to hold it sacred. InnoWoman believes that deep down, Bostonians innately revere Boston and want to protect and nurture it. We must remind ourselves of our reverence to be able to make choices that honor Boston.

Respect: is different that reverence. We might not revere the same religions but we revere Boston and Bostonians. We promote respect by demonstrating respect. To promote respect, it is crucial that Bostonians learn about various viewpoints and perspectives. They do not have to take them in as their own, however we need to learn and respect the variety of ideas, beliefs, and ethic backgrounds of our people.

Responsibility: When we show reverence and respect for Boston, we begin to make responsible choices that reflect our love of the city.

Resilience: When we are gritty, and stick by the moral code of the 3Rs-we have the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties and revitalize as a result of our difficulties. This makes us a resilient city.
